Heigh Ho and Up She Rises
That mysterious building in Syria that the Israelis bombed last September is on the rise again, as the Syrians are rebuilding it on the same spot. After the attack, the Syrians wiped the area clean, with some analysis calling the speed of the cleanup a tacit admission of guilt. The barren site is on the eastern bank of the Euphrates, 90 miles north of the Iraqi border.
Many satellite photography experts doubt that the building was a nuclear reactor. If true, then we’re back to square one, which is the question of, Why did the Israelis bomb it out of existence, and secondly, What is it? Look at it and see if you have any ideas.
