CAIR in the News
A subversive, Leftist little Internet rag called the Student Operated Press offers up this whine from CAIR:
“The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called upon Republican presidential candidate, Rudy Giuliani, to repudiate anti-Muslim remarks made by one of his campaign workers in New Hampshire.
John Deady, co-chair of that state’s Veterans for Rudy, told Britain’s Guardian newspaper that Americans need to chase Muslims “back to their caves.” When Deady was later asked if he was referring to all Muslims, he said: “I don’t subscribe to the principle that there are good Muslims and bad Muslims.” He added that he “wasn’t necessarily referring to genocide.” Deady later resigned his post.”
Good man! Too bad he resigned. He should have stuck it out.
“There is no need to point out why these chilling comments have absolutely no place in the public or political discourse of a serious presidential campaign that’s obvious,” said Ahmed Rehab, a spokesman for CAIR. “The troubling reality is they were made by a representative of Giuliani’s campaign and he has yet to repudiate them. His silence sends a terrible message.”
Gotta love those terrible messages to CAIR and muslims. We need more of them.
Here’s more piss and moan from the CAIR website:
(WASHINGTON, D.C., 9/20/07) – ( CAIR ) today called on Republican leaders to repudiate remarks by Rep. Peter King (R-NY) in which he said “we have too many mosques in this country.”
The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) also urged Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani to drop King and commentator Daniel Pipes as campaign advisors because of their extremist and Islamophobic views and comments.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has already condemned Rep. King’s statements, calling them “deplorable.”
Yeah, well for my money the DNC is deplorable. Bunch of goddam traitors, and btw, a D&C is medical shorthand for an abortion, which is exactly what they are.
CAIR said both King and Pipes have a long history of rhetorical hostility to the American Muslim community and to the protection of civil liberties.
Which is why they’re American Heroes!
In a recent interview, Rep. King said: “Unfortunately, we have too many mosques in this country. There are too many people who are sympathetic to radical Islam. We should be looking at them more carefully. We should be finding out how we can infiltrate. . .I think there’s been a lack of full cooperation from too many people in the Muslim community. And it’s a real threat here in this country.”
Sounds exactly right to me.
Meanwhile, Michael Savage is going for the legal jugular in his battle with the group that bills itself as a Muslim civil rights organization. (CAIR, of course.)
The San Francisco-based talker has amended his lawsuit against CAIR for misusing audio clips of his show as part of a boycott campaign against his three-hour daily program to include charges the group “has consistently sought to silence opponents of violent terror through economic blackmail, frivolous but costly lawsuits, threats of lawsuits and abuses of the legal system.”
The amended lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Northern California, also charges CAIR with using extortion, threats, abuse of the court system, and obtaining money via interstate commerce under false and fraudulent circumstances – calling it a “political vehicle of international terrorism” and even linking the group with support of al-Qaida.
Yee-hawww! Ride em’, cowboy! We all need to get behind Michael Savage whether we like him or not, or even listen to him at all. Accuracy in Media is actively supporting him and you can click on the link to see the latest news or check out his website. Additionally you might give Anti-CAIR.org a boost.

I’ve never listened to Savage, but I have been following his ordeal with CAIR. Good for him, turn the tables on them. Everybody with a brain knows they are terrorist supporting thugs that use our own legal system against us and to their advantage. Oh, yes, they are AMERICANS too, beg my pardon. But they are not acting as Americans.
I love Daniel Pipes also. John Deady. Well, Rudy should have kept him on. That would have been good for LOTS of votes.

Terrorism and Politics…
The beginning of political wisdom is the realization that despite everything you’ve always been taught, the government is not really on your side; indeed, it is out to get you. The above quote is taken from the article “Four Types…

You called it, “Right Truth”.
That applies everywhere, to all governments.
