The ACLU Strikes Again
The AFL-CIO labor union, the ACLU and the National Immigration Law Center, have won what is hoped is only a temporary victory in Federal court by convincing Judge Maxine Chesney to issue a temporary restraining order blocking the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration from mailing new “no-match” notices to employers.
No-match notices are sent to employers when the information provided by an employee doesn’t match SSA records. The mailings explain what the employers are required to do when they receive a no-match, and the judges ruling was based on the notion that this is an improper use of the SSA.
So until Homeland Security can reverse this bad decision, illegals will continue to scoff at our laws, take jobs at low wages and send the money out of our country, degrade the average wage of legal American workers and promote the downward spiral of our economy. This is exactly why we prosecute the employers of illegals. They harm the rest of us for the sake of greed.
This is also why we need to outlaw the ACLU as a subversive organization, which it is. The ACLU was founded by a Communist with the declared intention of destroying America from within, and any attorney who works for this festering sore is therefor a traitor to his country.
One more reason to Join the movement to stop the ACLU!

I concur, the ACLU is NOT helpful in the fight against illegal aliens…

This is another step the ACLU has taken to hinder the war against terrorists. I thing the ACLU is anti-American, but in this case they are going along with what Bush AND the Left want, open borders.

One does sometimes need such organisations to help individuals and groups fight the state. The main problem that needs addressing surely is not the ACLU as such but the laws and legal system that allows rights of illegal minorities to take precedence over the interests of citizens who pay taxes.

Debbie… They ARE anti-American and so are Bush and the Left. We know the Left is, the hard part is learning to accept that our very own President is.
Xoggoth… It’s a tangled, old, dry and dusty web with an overburden of dead flies. Laws that created weak spots and then the weak spots used to create more laws that created more weak spots.
American democracy is based on the ancient Roman example with a lot of idealism thrown in, to prevent it becoming a dictatorship as Rome did. Things like the Patriot Act are designed to suppress our Constitution and allow the president to assume dictatorial powers, which he has. This has degraded America considerably. Meanwhile the ACLU and Islamic organizations are also at work chipping away at our democratic foundation like so many termites.
America can’t stand forever. Our foundation is being steadily eroded and I see no end to it ahead.
