Part 1: Sanctuary

“The U.S. Constitution does not have a provision for immigration sanctuary, and there is no legal precedent for it in the history of the United States of America.

When U.S. cities and even entire states declare themselves to be “sanctuaries” for illegal aliens, they act outside the law, and by their actions could be charged with a felony for each violation of federal law by “concealing, harboring, or sheltering illegal aliens” (8 U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325; Immigration and Naturalization Act sections 274 and 275).

Illegal entry into the United States — entry without inspection — is a misdemeanor, INA section 275, (8 USC Section 1324). Repeated illegal entry is a felony.

Sanctuary cities and states demonstrate a complete contempt for the laws of the United States, a contempt that threatens to undermine the Republic. Among those residing in U.S. sanctuary cities are sleeper terrorists and others whose purpose is to destroy the United States.

Knowing full well that the concept of sanctuary has no legal standing in the United States, some cities claim instead to be “civil liberties safe zones.” These renegade sanctuaries/safe zones attack the validity of the United States government and encourage anarchy.”

Part 2: Enforcement

“Elvira Arellano was arrested Sunday afternoon outside Our Lady Queen of Angels church in Los Angeles. She was deported several hours later, said the Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor of Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago, where Arellano had taken refuge. Arellano came to Washington state illegally in 1997. She was deported to Mexico shortly after, but returned and moved to Illinois in 2000, taking a job cleaning planes at O’Hare International Airport. Her second invasion became a felony.

She was arrested in 2002 at O’Hare and convicted of working under a false Social Security number. Felony number 2. She was to surrender to authorities last August.

She sought refuge at the storefront church on Chicago’s West Side on Aug. 15, 2006. She had not left the church property until she decided to travel by car to Los Angeles, Coleman said.”

Okay. First, She came here illegally, was caught and kicked out, but turned right around and came here again illegally and while here, got pregnant and had a boy, and was convicted of a crime. From then on she’s been using her son as an excuse to stay here illegally. She said she took refuge in the church to avoid being separated from her 8-year-old son Saul, who was born in the U.S. and is thus a citizen.

What a LIE! There is absolutely nothing keeping her from taking her son with her to Mexico. The decidedly non-”reverend” W. Coleman gave her refuge in his cheap little church a year ago in violation of the law against harboring fugitives. A felony. Sanctuary in churches is an ancient European custom, not one of our laws. Our laws make no religious distinction that says criminals can hide in churches and the Christian Bible says to “give unto Caesar that which is Caesars”. Both of them should be horsewhipped.

So now she’s back in Tiajuana, Mexico, in her own country, having deliberately left her son behind instead of taking him with her as is her right. This is the woman who has been fighting our laws that deport illegals regardless of how many Ticket To America babies they have in order to stay here, over the pretense that deporting them breaks up their families. No it doesn’t. THEY break up their families by leaving their children behind. Pregnant Mexican women wait to come here when they’re ready to deliver on the notion that their baby is a ticket to stay. Otherwise the baby would probably be abandoned.

This makes clear several things. 1: After illegal aliens have been here for awhile, they never want or intend to go back to Mexico. 2: Their children are only pawns to them. They would never leave them behind if they loved them. 3: These people have no scruples. We don’t want people like that here.

Now this horrible person plans to keep agitating against our laws from Tiajuana and no doubt she’ll shed crocodile tears of false anguish over the “forced separation from her son”, and jerk tears from bleeding heart Lefties who buy into her utter bullcrap.

Why am I going on about this? Because illegal aliens, wrongly called illegal “immigrants”, are harming America more than any so-called terrorists that we keep getting threatened with by George Bush, King Traitor. We need to take far more serious and severe action against both them and the people who hire them, and we need to dramatically strengthen our border security to keep them out in the first place. And as for all those supposed terrorists, if they were coming here you can bet they already have taken advantage of that sieve of a border and ARE here now.
