You Heard Right. The Council Of EX-Muslims.
This isn’t todays news but it should be. This has been mostly ignored by the media as just one more little sideshow act. I ignored it for the same reason but decided to take a second, longer look. “A British branch of a new Europe-wide phenomenon is to be launched on Thursday 21 June in London. The Council of ex-Muslims of Britain is building on the stunning success of other branches already operating in Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
The British Humanist Association and National Secular Society are sponsoring the launch and support the new organisation. The Council will provide a voice for those labelled Muslim but who have renounced religion and do not want to be identified by religion.
Rights activist Maryam Namazie will be the voice of the organisation in this country (Great Britain). She said: “We are establishing the alternative to the likes of the Muslim Council of Britain because we don’t think people should be pigeonholed as Muslims or deemed to be represented by regressive organisations like the MCB. Those of us who have come forward with our names and photographs represent countless others who are unable or unwilling to do so because of the threats faced by those considered ‘apostates’ – punishable by death in countries under Islamic law. By doing so, we are breaking the taboo that comes with renouncing Islam but also taking a stand for reason, universal rights and values, and secularism. We are quite certain we represent a majority in Europe and a vast secular and humanist protest movement in countries like Iran.”
Mina Ahadi who initiated the original Central Council of Ex-Muslims in Germany will be attending the launch. She spoke about the aims of the organisation in an interview to Der Spiegel.”
Stunning success in Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden? That’s how it looks after doing an evil Google search. Mina Ahadi started this up to assist women who want to get out of Islam and its repression, and it’s turned out to be so popular with muslim women that the movement is sweeping Europe. In fact, reading the articles, the first thing that strikes me is that the most recent ones don’t mention either sex. Already the movement has become unisex.
It’s only reasonable. How could anyone not be disgusted with Islam by now?

Looks like it could be one of the best things to happen for a long time. Can’t be bothered to look for it on the net (typical) but even in Europe those who leave Islam face threats and abuse. A popular movement might give others the courage to get out.

Male impotence and infertility are prime contributors to Russia’s dire demographic crisis: about 10 million men in Russia have some degree of reproductive dysfunction, and impotency levels by age 40 hover around five percent, the newspaper wrote. The average life expectancy for Russian men is 58.9 years. The government could play a role in solving this problem, the newspaper said. Instead of holding endless discussions on legislation, however, it should look for ways to make treatment for impotence more accessible, the newspaper wrote.

This was not the first time a high-ranking official has commented on the need limit access to online resources, which has rights groups and opposition political forces worried that a crackdown on cyber-dissidents is imminent, the newspaper wrote. But a group of internet experts suggested that, at least from a technical standpoint, “achieving censorship online will be highly difficult.”

Jordon, all that stuff reads as anti-American. I can’t give any credence to reporting that is that heavily biased. A lot of it is very pro-islam. Anything that takes the side of islam is automatically full of lies, from my experience. Like all those muslim villagers claiming that the Ethiopian troops were committing all sorts of horrible crimes. Excuse me but the crimes they speak of are exactly the kinds of crimes the muslims commit.
I’m willing to bet that those people were told what to say and whom to say it to, or else.

Dear Rastaman, Many thanks for the correction/proper word I take note of this in our language we call it Maabud means praying area to God. I only can pray for you to be given some understanding by God/Allah. It is the change in languages such as you call Abraham, we call him Ibrahim. YOu call Joseph we call him Yousuf, You call Mosses we call Musa, You call Christ we call him Eessa. yOu call Issac we call him Ishaq, you call Jacob we call yaqoob………and to the Evil director you call Devil we call Shaitaan and his real name told in Quaran by God/Allah is Iblees. God/Allah says in Quran: Your job is to only inform the ones who did not have information but giving them right path is his duty not yours. It is nowhere in Quran ordered to convert forcefully to Islam.

This guy is in Australia, which gives you an idea of what the Aussies are having to put up with. Every once in awhile I get one of these jokers who spouts off how Islam is so nice and good and etcetera. Sure it is: The Quran (Sura’s 2, 4, 5, 9 and 47) teaches that all ‘infidels’ (non-Muslims) must either convert to Islam or be killed or enslaved.

Maybe western countries should adopt a legel system the mirrors sharia law in regards to religious freedom. Make it…..any religion is acceptable, except Islam. Tax muslims and extra 10% of their wages, and put all the other dhimmitude rules on them in our countries.
If the UN trys to intervene, then just point out that our laws are less discrimitory then theirs, only discriminating against one religion, not all other religions like they do. Also, make a death penalty for converting to Islam, but reward for converting out of Islam. Make it against the law to say anything against any other religion except Islam, and make it against the law to say anything in favor of Islam. Ban the wearing of non-secular clothing and inforce it via secular moral police. All clothing except Islamic dress is considered secular clothing of course.
Even all this would put us on a lessor level of discrimination then Islamic countries so we could rightly claim that until the UN puts sanctions on Islamic countries and enforces them……we won’t be abiding by any of their rulings regarding our discrimination

The UN is just a joke. It has ban the discussion of human rights abuses under sharia law. It has a charter of universal human rights which every country is supposed to uphold. No Islamic country in the world upholds these rights. All human rights abuses done by muslims under the banner of Islamic law is now a non issue to the UN.
Why the hell don’t western countries start a new organisation and just use the charter of human rights and allow nobody under any circumstances to join until there country has adopted laws in every area that protect all of these rights without exception and then automatically suspend countries who fall back to old ways. Human rights are becoming something that are just a myth under the influence of Islamic countries.
This has to stop or one day we will all be living in the Islamic Republic of Earth.
