May 17 (Bloomberg) — Senate negotiators reached bipartisan agreement on immigration legislation aimed at providing a path to citizenship for 12 million undocumented aliens while improving U.S. border security.

“This agreement is the best possible chance we will have in years to secure our borders, bring millions of people out of the shadows and into the sunshine of America,” Senator Edward M. Kennedy, a Massachusetts Democrat and chief sponsor of the overhaul, said at a news conference.

The plan, with Bush administration support, would give illegal immigrants in the U.S. a chance for permanent residency after eight years and eventual citizenship. It would create a temporary worker program, beef up border patrols and crack down on employers who hire illegal immigrants.

Translation: They’re going to reward what they claim is “only” 12 million wetbacks, oh, um, excuse me, Illegal Aliens, and is probably actually more like 20 to 25 million, with citizenship rather than try to punt all these suckers back to Mexico and Latin and South America where they came from. This is because both parties want their illegal votes.

There will be a small improvement in border security but not much. It’s the least mentioned part of this bill. This is just amnesty like the last amnesty that encouraged this latest horde of criminals, oops I mean “Undocumented Workers”, to swarm across the Rio Grande.

We don’t need another law. We have unlawful entry laws. That’s why we have border guards, to keep outsiders from coming in unlawfully. What we need is a President who will enforce the laws we already have!

The illegals themselves aren’t interested in American citizenship or making any effort to acquire it. They’re happy being citizens of their country of birth, thank you very much. They’re only here for the money and in most cases, an escape into a lesser poverty than the grinding misery they endured in the backwoods and scrub jungle they left behind. They don’t want to learn our language, which happens to be ENGLISH, they don’t give a tinkers shit about assimilating into society and they have no interest in our politics other than demonstrating against efforts to kick their asses back out. All they want to do is take over entire cities like Tuscon and Dallas and Los Angeles. That’s all.

Continued Translation: Politicians no longer care about the majority vote. This is because corporations are now running America and the corporations have decided that they want a lot of cheap labor from Mexico. If the politicians are that unconcerned about keeping their elected positions, then they must be getting money from somewhere else. Makes sense to me. Part of the problem is that most of the politicians are part owners of the corporations.

This should be a TV game show. They could put 100 illegals on each end of a rope with a rag tied on the middle of the rope, and a river painted on the floor. Then the illegals start pulling and the side that pulls the other team across the river gets amnesty while the losers have to go home and swim back across the real river. What fun! This way we could process 100 at a time and be entertained while we do it.

I have a question… Nothing to do with this post, just wondering… that fellow that Dick (Shotgun) Cheney shot in the face, why was he way behind Dick and Jane, I mean George? How do you mistakenly turn around, face back the way you came and shoot someone who is standing there looking at you? Mistakenly, that is? Does anyone besides me still wonder if maybe that guy said something that pissed Dick off, and it was one of those hot days and they were tired and grouchy and…. you get the picture? For awhile there, Dick was actually blaming the victim for getting shot, remember that? Is Dick Cheney a murderous loon? Does a bear crap in the woods?
