Short but Sour
I’d just put up a post on a story about the muslim Dem. Keith Ellison, by one Dennis Prager, that Ellison was going to use the Koran in the swearing in ceremony. No sooner had I put it up than a comment came in from one “Stephen”, no website given, that Pragers story was a lie. Sure enough, I checked it out, it was a total fabrication and I immediately deleted my post on it. So Thank You, Stephen, wherever you are.
I was pointed to that story by our ubiquitous Trab Pu Kcip, AKA Pickup Bart. I should have known.
I heartily recommend Google or Wikipedia for those with unanswered questions.

Wait, which part wasn’t true? Did Prager not write it? I’m confused. I’d love a link about the fabrication.

I would appreciate a source on this. It is my understanding the story of the Koran was true and I also posted the Denis Prager article (which was great).
Hard to believe so many people could have been fooled. I’ve read and heard this story from many ’sources’.

Thanks. I’ve done some searching for Ellison’s original comments that might have led to this error. I can’t find anything. Surely the news agencies and folks like Prager didn’t just make this up out of thin air. If so, shame on them.
Still, it doesn’t make me like Ellison. He’s neck deep with CAIR and other questionable Islamic groups.

Ok, so he did write the article, it’s just that his assertions about the Bible versus the Koran during the swearing in ceremony were incorrect, right?

I dont know, i just saw it reported on FOX that he is planning to do that. Or i *think* thats what they were saying, it was a preview for “fox and freinds” i think.
